RAMALLAH, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- Palestinians clashed with Israeli forces on Friday following a demonstration against Jewish settlement expansion in the West Bank village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.

Israeli soldiers fired tear gas at the Palestinian protesters to disperse them.

The protesting crowds waved Palestinian flags, hurling stones at the forces.
