KUALA LUMPUR, Jan. 19 (Xinhua) -- Malaysian Hindus celebrated Thaipusam, a big annual religious festival celebrated by the Hindu community, on Tuesday.

The day is dedicated to the Lord Murugan as pilgrims flock temples to fulfill vows, make wishes and give thanks to the Hindu God.
