籃球核心訓練6分鐘!球感、core同時練CP值超高

跳躍能力對籃球運動固之然重要,但球員的核心肌羣亦會在運動中有很多參與,不同的動作都需要用到核心肌肉,如:卡位、跳、轉向、運球等,所以絕不能忽略其重要性。今回再次有來健身YouTuber黃士倫的訓練菜單,6分鐘6個 籃球核心訓練 動作,同時鍛練核心之餘,再訓練籃球人很需要的球感,整套動作CP值超高。

6分鐘籃球核心訓練

健身YouTuber黃士倫在自己的頻道一直上載不同的健身影片,但他除了健身外,亦十分喜歡打籃球,所以在他的訓練影片、日常訓練餐單中也會加入不少籃球導向的跳躍力訓練,為台灣著名的飛人之一。今回他將教導大家用6分鐘,6個動作,並做2組。除了核心以外,是次訓練特點亦對球感有不俗的幫助,因為是次訓練中牽涉到不停擺動籃球。不但加強了訓練的難度,而且可以模擬在比賽中能力下降的同時,亦要對手上的籃球保持一定的敏銳感,不能輕易掉球外,手部更要做出不同的動作,訓練對球的專注力。

今回將球感、核心一次過練好!

今回的訓練菜單一共有6個動作,每個動作20秒,10秒休息,一共2組(想將難度加深:可將籃球換成藥球、加速擺動手上的球)。

1. 跨下繞球

平卧起動,捲起腹部,凌空提腿踢單車步,並將籃球在跨下穿梭擺動。

2. V字碰腿

平卧並先將籃球舉到頭上起動,捲起腹部的同時向上雙腳提起,過程像1個V字,並將球碰到鞋面。

3. 屈膝繞球

平卧並先將籃球舉到頭上起動,捲起腹部的同時屈膝約90度提起,將籃球在跨下穿梭擺動。

4. 上下左右點地

平卧並將雙膝微屈放在地上,雙腿保持一點距離,先將籃球舉到頭上作起動姿勢。捲起腹部坐起來的同時將籃球提起,將籃球往前、左、右的方位點一下,再回到起動的平卧姿勢。

5. 上下左右點地

平卧並將雙腿舉起,呈現出約90度的狀態,雙手垂直向上空舉起提着球,捲起腹部並以球觸碰鞋面。

6. 上下左右點地

平卧並將同時屈膝約90度提起,雙手往腳的方向垂直舉起提着球,捲起腹部並以球觸碰膝部。
