An Evening with Juyondai Sake at Man Wah

On 14 June 2022, Michelin-starred Man Wah at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will be hosting an exclusive Juyondai sake dinner.

Executive Chinese Chef Wong Wing-Keung has specially created a seven-course set menu to pair with a range of prestigious sake from Juyondai. Guests will start the evening with a tempting range of appetisers like the signature Barbecued Iberian Pork Loin with Longan Honey, paired with Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne. Other highlighted dishes include Pan-fried Lobster Fillet with Vine Pepper and Fresh Lily Bulb, Steamed Spotted Grouper Fillet with Crab Meat, and Pan-fried Australian M9 Wagyu with Matsutake Mushroom, all served with Juyondai sake carefully chosen and paired by the hotel’s Head Sommelier Andrew Lam.

Ken Chan, the SSI Kikisake-shi Sake Sommelier and ambassador of Juyondai will also be present to share his insights on each Juyondai sake pairing.
