Over the weekend, one standout project was Cheung Sha Wan’s Echo House, which sold out in about half a day, with all 198 units snapped up. Of these, 107 units were sold during the bulk purchase period. In fact, one group of bulk buyers spent nearly HK$50 million to purchase nine one-bedroom units.
Meanwhile, Kai Tak’s Cullinan Sky, now in its fourth phase of sales, also sold out all 121 units on its price list in a single day. During this phase, a large buyer spent about HK$39 million to purchase two three-bedroom units.
The project, which has been on the market for less than a month, has already sold around 842 units across four phases– about 93% of the total available in this phase. The developer has announced that Phase 2 is expected to launch as early as November to meet the high demand from unsuccessful buyers. The project is currently awaiting pre-sale approval.
