Sitting right atop the Kowloon station, The Cullinan is a high-end residential development in Hong Kong. Given the privileged location and the sprawling scenic seascape, the high-rise, 1,361-sq.ft. home manages to capture every unique view throughout the seasons. Towards the sky or across the sea, the homeowner is able to bask in the beauty of Hong Kong all year long.
The design team at Grande Interior Design takes note of the client’s penchant for eccentricity and appreciation for the finer things in life. Understated classinessabounds in a minimal setting, where elegant khaki grey, the wood and marble material imbue the space with a fluid openness and flow.
Bespoke details including simplistic alignments and softened patterns weave through the space, along with a set of tableware melding the oriental and western touches instilling the environment with a sense of layer.
