Workers could operate the excavator by remote control at Sandaozhuang Mine of the company in Luanchuan County, central China's Henan Province.
Since 2019, 5G technology has been applied to production at Sandaozhuang Mine.
With its high speed and low latency, the technology enables workers to remotely control vehicles and machinery with precision.
