Cullinan Sky in Kai Tak Sells Out 238 Flats in Second Round | HK Weekend Property Market Recap

Cullinan Sky at Kai Tak sold out all 238 units in its second round of sales. Building on this success, the developer raised prices and launched an additional 149 units.
Discounted prices range from HK$5.1 million to HK$18.91 million, with an average price per square foot of about HK$22,800, and some units seeing increases of up to 5.6%.
For example, a 458-square-foot flat on the 26th floor of Block 3 is now priced at HK$10.817 million, compared to HK$10.24 million for a similar unit one floor below.
