果香豐盈,口感清新,每一啖辣味都會衝上刺激的感覺而且不會停留於口中。

使用新鮮雪梨去皮,浸入Bacardi Gold Rum,並恆溫於4°c靜止5日浸泡,抽走雪梨,再重覆步驟兩次。令製作雞尾酒時,雪梨的味道留於鼻子及餘韻。

選用奇波雷辣椒乾浸入Vodka 6個月,奇波雷辣椒的特別煙燻味及辣椒甜味全入酒中,適量使用令辣味帶刺激感而不沾口。

苦艾酒使用了帶蜂膠味的Drambuie令各樣材料達到平衡。

苦精是製作了一個月的混合花味苦精,提升果香味更突出。

於杯中倒入凍的梳打水,除苦精外將全部材料搖勻,隔冰倒入花紋香檳杯,再滴入苦精,以菠蘿乾片, 紅椒絲 及花瓣乾裝飾。

Use fresh pears (no peel) infuse in Bacardi Gold Rum, and stock at standard temperature around 4°C for 5 days. Remove the pears and repeat the steps two times. When making cocktails, the taste of pear remains on the nose and aftertaste.

Dried Chipotle Chili infuse in vodka for 6 months. Used remotely, the spiciness brings excitement without sticking to the mouth.

Vermouth uses Drambuie to balance various materials.

Handcraft blossom bitters has been made for a month, which enhances the fruity flavor and makes it more prominent.

Pour the frozen club soda in Glass. Shake all the ingredients except the bitters. Strain ice and add the bitters into the Patton champagne flute and garnish with dried pineapple slices, red pepper shreds and dried petals.
