呢個菜式係我之前係北角七姊妹道嘅一間大牌檔食過,實在太好味,所以同咗老闆偷師。佢又肯教喎!哈哈哈。
呢個食物其實唔貴,乳鴿都係幾十蚊,不過最緊要係要浸一晚,入味之餘,可以令到肉質更滑,加埋蟲草花,瑤柱,杞子呢材料,再包埋荷葉,全部索晒入去飯嘅裡面。好味到癲。
唔怕太多飯,只怕唔夠喉。。。無吹水!
