2000年，《旭茉JESSICA》創刊，是Jessica孕育的第一個女兒。時光荏苒，23年轉眼而過，昔日的女孩如今成為了一位熱愛生活、關注社會的知性女生。現在，讓我們細聽《旭茉JESSICA》的故事。

23歲的《旭茉JESSICA》，成長了，但不忘初心，每天還是帶著第一天的使命，滿足香港具抱負的職場女性高管之需求和興趣，一直致力於向女性提供權威和啟發的內容，激勵她們追尋自己的夢想，並於過去的23年裡，無間斷地推動性別平等和女性賦權的議程。

作為一家媒體機構，我們的使命是傳遞信息、激發思考並啟發行動。在這個不斷變化的世界中，我們一直努力追求卓越，以為讀者提供具有洞察力和影響力的內容。我們也深知可持續發展的重要性，對環境和社會的影響。我們承諾致力於可持續發展，並將在以下的項目中分享更多信息。

JES Network

Connect、Inspire、Empower是JES Network《茉萃薈》的創辦理念和宗旨，這個由我成立的女性社群，今年也踏入第二個年頭，現在由大約接近500位女性組成，當中包括歷屆「成功女性大獎」得獎者，以及她們的朋友、網絡等。JES Network《茉萃薈》自成立以來，一直透過與不同企業、組織及品牌合作，籌辦不同的線上及線下項目與活動，讓會員之間有更緊密的聯繫，務求達到本會的創辦宗旨。今年我們有很多想做、想關注的事情，而在短期內我的焦點就是企業精神。

Entrepreneurship & Mentorship

企業是香港經濟的基石，我相信培育一個促進跨代、跨界合作，以及建立負責任與可持續的企業之重要性。與創業緊密相連，JES Network《茉萃薈》可透過跨代和跨領域的mentorship programs，為成長創造更多機會，為未來的企業建立穩固基礎。今年，我有幸成為香港浸會大學商學院第6屆Dean’s Cup Business Innovation Gymnasium（BIG）得獎組合之一的導師，從中體驗到自己的成長，並明確《旭茉JESSICA》和JES Network《茉萃薈》於未來五年的最終目標。明年，JES Network《茉萃薈》將與香港浸會大學密切合作，為香港的初創企業家創建一個以導師制度為基礎的創業計劃。

Social & Environmental Sustainability

Project Upcycling是受到MSW好友Vivian Lau的啟發而誕生，並與Dorian Ho（何國鉦）合作的一個有趣且有意義的升級計劃。Dorian是《旭茉JESSICA》的好朋友，已經認識超過20年了，由他提拔的年青新一代設計師極具潛質。他們把數位MSW和年輕環保先鋒的舊衣重組、賦予新生。頒獎禮當晚目睹他們的成果，經改造的「新衣」成為頒獎禮晚宴上的亮點。當晚更有不少嘉賓向我表示，她們有興趣參與Project Upcycling 2.0，推動永續時尚。

今年11月，我們將重啟「JESSICA Run for Love」慈善跑步活動，今年的受惠機構是由Vivian Chung創辦的Story Seeds。該慈善組織的目標是幫助3至6歲的貧困兒童，重點提高他們的英語閱讀能力。英語是所有語言學習的基礎，語言能力使我們與人工智能有所不同。作為家長，我們關注孩子們的未來，因此這項工作非常重要。而在同一個周末，我們將與數碼港聯合舉辦女性科技研討會。

Women in Tech

在科技方面，我們一直致力於推動女性在這一領域的參與和領導地位。現時女性在科技行業中扮演著重要的角色，並對創新和發展做出了重要貢獻。然而，科技領域仍然存在性別差距，我們需要共同努力解決這個問題。

我們相信人工智能和機器學習等新興技術，將為我們帶來巨大的機遇和挑戰。當我們討論人工智能時，人們經常擔心它是否會取代人類。然而，我們認為人工智能和人類可以相互合作，發揮彼此優勢。培養女性在科技領域的領導地位，對於創造一個更平等和包容的未來至關重要。

我要向這些女性的成就致敬。我們需要更多科技界的女性，不僅僅在科技公司工作，還要在創業領域發揮作用，建立自己的公司，推動創新和變革。

Women in Sport

我認為體育對身心健康的重要性不言而喻。過去十年，香港政府的政策和資金支持，促成了眾多有才華的運動員崛起。我希望能成為這個平台和社區的一份子，為女性和年輕人在體育方面的發展提供支持和培訓。我期待與我們的前MSW和童年朋友（也是我的偶像）Rebecca Chiu（趙詠賢）展開合作。我們計劃在滑浪及壁球這兩項我們喜愛的運動，為女性和青少年提供支持和培訓。通過這個計劃，我們希望鼓勵和促進更多的人，特別是女性和青少年參與體育運動，促進他們的整體福祉。

還有其他許多值得一提的項目。Prudence Au是一位了不起的藝術家，她的作品被歐洲知名機構收藏，Prudence的名字在西方藝術界很有影響力，她的作品引發了很多討論。我很榮幸能夠在香港介紹她的作品，請細心觀賞她令人驚嘆的藝術傑作。
