15 ML Lychee Syrup (1:1)
10ML Galangal Juice
2 Dash of Peychads bitter
2 Pieces of Lychee to muddle
6-7 pieces of tarragon
Mix all together and shake. Strain into champagne coupe glass with block ice. Garnish the drink with charred lychee tarragon.
