Milan Men’s Fashion Week forged ahead physical shows for fall/winter 2022, despite the Omicron variant looming in the background across the world. Granted, some cancellations were expected—Giorgio Armani called off his physical show—but the ones that stayed the course provided the magical experience that only seeing and experiencing them in the flesh can bring (we’re looking at you, Prada).
On the street style front, showgoers and street style enthusiasts were back outside the shows in full force—only a handful in the once-ubiquitous masks. Chunky knits, statement prints, eye-catching bags, leather outerwear and more dominated the streets, and everyone was out to bring their best fits to the shows again.
