Ho Lee Chick

For the next instalment of its Burger of the Month series, Burger Circus welcomes ArChan Chan of Ho Lee Fook to give her take on the fast food. Inspired by her time living in Singapore, Chan has concocted the Ho Lee Chick, a riff on Hainanese chicken rice that comprises grilled chicken thigh marinated with turmeric and lemongrass, cucumber, coriander and lettuce topped off with house-made chilli sauce, spring onion and ginger mayo. Chow down on it for the month of June.

Vicky Lau's soy-forward restaurant, Mora, is debuting new lunch and dinner tasting menus that continue her exploration of the possibilities of the superfood. Elsewhere, signature dishes like cold noodle in soy milk chicken bouillon, and one-sided crispy threadfin with savoury soy milk soup will remain on the menu.
