影/紐約驚現隨機殺人！51歲精障男持雙刀亂砍致3死

當地時間18日，美國紐約街頭驚現隨機殺人事件，1名罹患精神疾病的男性遊民手持2把刀沿路砍殺，造成3名無辜路人死亡，目前嫌犯已落網。

據《紐約郵報》（New York Post）報導，現年51歲的嫌犯里維拉（Ramon Rivera）是一名罹患精神疾病的遊民，頭髮花白蓬亂，留著長鬍子，此前僅在紐約市就已被捕8次。18日案發後，紐約警方在1名計程車司機和1名英國遊客的幫助下，將渾身鮮血的嫌犯逮捕。

紐約市長亞當斯（Eric Adams）在記者會上表示，警方在這一隨機殺人事件中未發現其他嫌犯，受害者均為紐約市民，包括2名男性和1名女性。嫌犯18日一早從曼哈頓的切爾西行至東河，先後砍傷1名36歲的男性建築工人、1名68歲的釣魚男子和1名36歲女性，3名受害者送醫後均因傷勢過重不治。

亞當斯在記者會上說：「這是我們的司法系統、精神健康系統如何辜負紐約人的一個鮮明的例證，令人擔憂。」

據報導，有消息人士透露，嫌犯上月才從紐約雷克島監獄（Rikers Island）獲釋，住在貝爾維尤男子收容所（the Bellevue men's shelter），他被指控犯有三項謀殺罪。
