Ozone's highly anticipated champagne brunch returns in June. Journey to the pinnacle of luxury at the highest rooftop bar in the world and indulge in the exquisite flavours of Dom Perignon or Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne, setting the stage for a sensational free-flow semi-buffet brunch.

Begin the culinary adventure with a decadent chilled seafood platter featuring succulent Boston lobsters, snow crab legs, and more. Delight in a curated selection of up to six tantalising, Asian-inspired salads and dishes, artfully served to the table. Immerse in the artistry of our live station, where skilled chefs present a captivating array of freshly made sushi, maki rolls, and a chef's selection of sashimi. Choose from enticing mains including the grilled Wagyu flank steak, grilled king prawns, and other delectable options, each crafted to perfection. Conclude the epicurean journey with a visit to the dessert buffet, where a Hong Kong-style egg waffles live station and a range of indulgent cakes and tarts await, promising sweet delights to satisfy cravings.

Ozone’s semi-buffet champagne brunch will commence on June 9, 2024. Available every Sunday from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, indulge in the Ruinart Blanc de Blancs free-flow brunch package at HK$1,288 or elevate the experience with the Dom Pérignon free-flow brunch package at HK$1,788.
