位於佛州奧蘭特的華特迪士尼世界度假區，週六（3月22日）晚間7點左右發生大火，濃煙直竄天際，遊客被迫從遊樂設施中撤離，所幸無人員傷亡。

綜合媒體報導，迪士尼公司代表表示，起火點位於艾波卡特（Epcot，又稱新世紀樂園）主題樂園法國館（French Pavilion）後台的一個大型冷藏庫，起火原因尚不明。

迪士尼公司代表指出，火勢很快就被中佛羅里達旅遊監管區消防部門撲滅，並未對園區造成嚴重影響。法國館在當天稍晚已重新對遊客開放。
