每逢夏日，必然有很多時裝達人穿上性感泳衣展示自己驕人身材，像早前Netflix 一套真人騷《Too Hard to Handle》正是以海灘上的俊男美女賣弄肉體而得到觀眾歡迎。但是來自澳洲，身兼時裝與旅遊達人的Sarah（@Saltyluxe）直言感到 反感：「穿泳裝不是賣弄性感，它可以是一種健康的生活方式，甚至可以擁抱海 洋的自然之美。」 Sarah的Instagram擁有二百九十多萬粉絲，她當然擁有令人羨慕的身形，但她卻表示：「我宣揚的是穿泳衣如何與可持續生活緊密聯繫，因為現在很多品牌 都有推出環保物料製成的泳衣，其實只要細心選擇，就可以為保護地球出一分 力。」

🍉 What do I eat in a day? One of the big HEALTH questions I get from you all the time. SO I thought I’d share yesterdays yummy foods… . ✨This is literally what I ate (to fuel my body & give me loads of energy to tackle life!)🍴: . 2 x pieces rye toast with avocado 🥑& organic olive oil + salt . Smoothie bowl, which includes 1.5 frozen bananas 🍌 , vegan protein powder, 1 tablespoon peanut butter + almond milk. Top with granola &/or a handful or berries. . Vegan nachos 🙏🏽 (aka the best dinner ever). Corn chips, black beans, chickpeas, tomato + non dairy cheese on top. Guacamole & slaw on the side! . + 2.5 litres of water (which sometimes I forget to drink when I’m working but yesterday I didn’t 💪🏽) . *Food is FUEL & should feel good. Please never starve yourself or let food start running your life & if it does, talk to someone about it – you are PERFECT & life is too short to count calories. Let’s talk MENTAL HEALTH & comparison! 🙋🏼♀️ . You may have seen that we’ve been celebrating some of our ‘wins’ lately, like the launch of our new print store, website etc. And while it’s important to celebrate your achievements 💪🏽sometimes this is a space that isn’t used to share our FAILURES, so I want to touch on it because this can play a massive role in our mental health (given how much time we spend here) 🤳 . It’s easy to look at someone’s social media account and assume that their life is a continuation of the positivity that they share with their audience (spoiler: it isn’t). I’m sure we have all thought this at some stage, myself included. And when you yourself might be in a lull with your own life, then compare to someone who is apparently killing it, whilst you are happy for that person it can be hard to stomach the comparison & it can kill your creativity & zest for life. . I have had some low times recently (& I’m totally ok with it because that’s life, up 👆🏽& down 👇🏽). I’m working my ass off every day to adapt to the new normal, see beauty in the small things, not worry about what I cannot control, and lean on loved ones around me to talk things through. . ❤️ Just remember this, LOVE YOUR LIFE, it is uniquely yours & you’re freakin magic!! . We use ECONYL® for our solid dyed swim, a regenerated nylon fiber made from waste such as fishing nets from the ocean and other waste from landfills.
