Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has launched another 139 flats from its Yoho Hub II development in Yuen Long, according to Price List No. 7, released yesterday (October 24). The discounted average price per square foot is HK$15,855, with prices starting at HK$6.5943 million. Additionally, the company has confirmed that 30 more units will go on sale next Wednesday (October 30).
The newly launched units include 139 apartments, offering layouts from two-bedroom to three-bedroom options. Among these, 73 units are two-bedroom apartments, and 66 units are three-bedroom units. The discounted prices range from HK$6.5943 million to HK$15.5032 million, with prices per square foot ranging from HK$13,573 to HK$18,800.
The next round of sales, scheduled for October 30, will feature 30 units. This group includes 14 two-bedroom units and 16 three-bedroom units. The available sizes range from 447 square feet to 905 square feet, with a discounted average price per square foot of HK$15,383. The discounted selling prices range from HK$6.5943 million to HK$14.3117 million, with prices per square foot between HK$13,581 and HK$17,982.
