This unique experience explores seasonal crab creations, crafted by Harbourside’s skilled culinary team using various cooking techniques and crab species. The rotating selection of crab dishes for lunch and dinner buffets is a testament to the team’s commitment to offering the best of the ocean’s bounty. Highlights that are not to be missed include the spider crab on ice; claypot rice with crab meat and Chinese cured meat; steamed crab meat with egg white, hua diao and chicken oil; crab meat with squid deep-fried dough and creamy spicy dressing.
Guests can also indulge in Japanese Inaniwa udon with enoki mushrooms in crab roe sauce with pan-fried foie gras or savour the flavourful moutai-fired crab with oyster, ginger and spring onion.
