Kowloon Station’s The Cullinan Sells Luxury Unit for HK$152.8M, 18 Years After Completion

Kowloon Station’s luxury residential development, The Cullinan, by Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016), has recorded a high-value transaction of an unsold unit. A high-floor, four-bedroom unit was sold for over HK$152.8 million, with a transaction price of HK$89,000 per square foot.

According to the sales record, the unit in question is Unit A on the 90th floor of the Diamond Sky Tower, which includes a parking space. The unit, sold via tender today (January 23), has a usable area of 1,717 square feet and features a four-bedroom layout with two en-suite bathrooms. The total transaction price was HK$152.813 million, translating to HK$89,000 per square foot. The new buyer opted for a 180-day payment plan.

The Cullinan consists of seven towers, offering 825 units with usable areas ranging from 434 to 3,113 square feet.
