On March 9, Qura Bar presents a one-night-only guest shift featuring Taiwan’s rising star, Ariel Hou, the founder and head bartender of Bar Pine. Recently ranked ninth in the Taiwan Bar Awards 2024, Bar Pine is renowned for transforming humble, everyday Taiwanese ingredients into extraordinary cocktail experiences. Hou will bring her signature style to Qura Bar, crafting drinks that draw inspiration from the vibrant traditional markets and heartfelt memories of Taiwan.
Through the artistry of Bar Pine’s environment, craftsmanship and cocktails, Hou delivers a distinctive perspective of Taiwanese culture, weaving personal stories into every creation. This special event also celebrates International Women’s Day, highlighting the creativity and contributions of women in bartending.
