QUEZON CITY, the Philippines, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- A lovely costume contest for pet dogs was recently held in Quezon, northeast of capital Manila. Dogs were carefully adorned with gowns theming on astronaut, lobster, etc. that captured the "dress-up party" entertainment.
