One of the first new residential buildings to be constructed in the Central Park Historic District in the past 30 years, Charlotte of the Upper West Side has unveiled the new model residence by Alyssa Kapito Interiors.

Poised to be the most sustainable condominium building ever built in New York City, Charlotte of the Upper West Side designed by the celebrated BKSK Architects is a building inspired by – and designed for – generations to come.

With the building nearly complete, the development is now lifting the curtain on its first completed residence, furnished by Alyssa Kapito Interiors.

The model residence boasts a wonderful mix of contemporary furniture designed specifically for the home alongside vintage pieces and antiques. Furniture and accessories by the French mid-century masters such as Jean Royère and Charlotte Perriand sprinkle throughout the space.
