Throughout December, chef Uwe Opocensky is hosting daily festive lunches and dinners at Michelin-starred restaurant, Restaurant Petrus, where classic French menus reimagine traditional Christmas dishes with a gourmet, fine-dining twist.
On Christmas Eve, Petrus presents a Night of Culinary Delight and Festive Elegance with an eight-course dinner menu (HK$3,488) of Christmas-inspired dishes, including Opocensky’s tableside preparation of his Winter Wonderland dessert. Highlights include linguine with sea urchin as well the chef’s signature Spanish red prawn dish, all served under the festive ornamental embellishment throughout the restaurant.
The eight-course menu can go with an optional five-glass wine pairing package ranging from HK$2,204 for sommelier-selected wines, to HK$4,000 for the Iconic Wine pairing option.

On Christmas Day, Opocensky will be serving a four-course (HK$1,588) family brunch-style menu with starters presented in a gift box and roasted turkey and trimmings as main, as well as his signature Winter Wonderland dessert. Beverage pairings are available from HK$400 to HK$800 per person. There will be live music entertainment from noon to 3pm.
Similarly, a five-course dinner menu (HK$2,488) is available, starting with an Antilope 1858 oyster, followed by Hokkaido potatoes served with aged caviar and egg yolk and main courses of Atlantic turbot and beef calotte. A supplementary course of Opocensky’s Spanish red prawn dish can be added for HK$738. Guests can enjoy these festive flavours with mulled wine served during dessert with Santa Claus stopping by for a memorable photo moment.
