Wang On Properties has launched the fourth batch of units at its 101 Kings Road development in North Point. On November 19, the developer released the fifth price list, which includes 26 units, with an average discounted price of HK$25,761 per square foot.
The starting price for these units is HK$6.019 million. The developer also announced that all 157 units from price lists No. 1 to No. 5 will be available for sale on Saturday, with approximately 1,200 purchase applications received so far—an oversubscription rate of 6.6 times.
The fifth price list includes 26 units, ranging from one- to two-bedroom units with saleable areas between 244 and 434 square feet. Among these, 8 are one-bedroom units, and 18 are two-bedroom units.
The discounted prices range from HK$6.019 million to HK$11.873 million, with price per square foot ranging from HK$23,216 to HK$27,357.
The project is located at 101 and 111 King’s Road, occupying approximately 12,695 square feet.
