Cruise Restaurant & Bar has launched a fresh new summer afternoon tea that promises an elevated teatime experience.
Start the afternoon with complimentary access to Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong’s Instagram-famous rooftop infinity pool, which is typically only open to guests staying in the hotel, where the city’s iconic Victoria Harbour view provides the perfect backdrop as you take a refreshing dip or relax poolside.
Then, freshen up in the hotel’s changing facilities equipped with steam and sauna rooms, before heading over to Cruise for a teatime feast with equally show-stopping skyline views. Guests can look forward to a glass of bubbly on arrival, along with an indulgent spread of modern Asian-inspired treats like a lobster bun with wasabi mayo, steamed crab meat roll with XO sauce, honeydew melon tart, tofu blancmange, and more. Be sure to save space for the live stations serving up all-you-can-eat matcha and black bean scones, croffles with ube whipped cream, and a selection of seasonal ice cream flavours—the perfect antidote to the summer heat.
Priced at HK$688* for two persons, the summer afternoon tea set is available from 3pm to 5pm daily until August 31, 2024, and includes complimentary three-hour access to the hotel’s swimming pool from 12pm to 3pm on the same day.
