20-time Grand Slam winner Roger Federer will retire from tennis after next week's ATP Laver Cup.

BEIJING, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- Swiss tennis great Roger Federer announced on Thursday that he will retire after the ATP Laver Cup.
"The Laver Cup next week in London will be my final ATP event. I will play more tennis in the future, of course, but just not in Grand Slams or on the tour," said the 41-year-old, who has won 20 Grand Slam singles titles in his career. ■
