An Egyptian political researcher has said that U.S. President Joe Biden's visit to the Middle East has multiple objectives with oil and "Arab NATO" topping the agenda.
However, Biden failed to achieve both objectives, according to the expert, who believes the U.S. short-term relations based on its own interests have led to the decline of its influence in the region.
