The Process: How Companies Earn Their Place on the List
To be recognized among Singapore's Best Workplaces in Healthcare & Biopharma™, companies must obtain a valid Great Place To Work Certification™, which evaluates employee feedback and workplace culture. Eligibility requirements include:
- Operating in Singapore's Healthcare & Biopharma sector with at least 10 employees
- Completing the Trust Index© assessment, which measures trust, leadership, innovation, values, and inclusivity
- Submitting a Culture Brief™, outlining the company's workplace programs and practices
This year's Best Workplaces™ list was determined through confidential employee feedback, representing the voices of nearly 10,000 employees across Singapore's Healthcare & Biopharma industry. Employee responses to over 60 survey questions were evaluated to assess the extent to which these organizations create a Great Place To Work For All™. The companies featured on this list automatically qualify for the Singapore Best Workplaces™ 2025 list and vice versa.
