Meticulously curated artworks and stories are what make K11 ARTUS at Victoria Dockside one of the most sought-after residences in town.

Since opening its doors in 2019, K11 ARTUS is fast becoming an inspirational home for intellectuals and creatives passionate about art, culture and innovation. Packed with a slew of museum-quality artworks ranging from east to west, Ming Dynasty to the present, this luxe and artsy home offers a living experience that is as calming as it is rewarding.

Highlights include an exquisite Baibaoqian closet – the gold lacquer and intricate Baibaoqian inlays on the door fronts depict a lively scene of children scrambling around during playtime. As far back as the late Ming dynasty, a Baibaoqian closet adorned with lacquered art was a must-have for every well-respected Chinese family.

To be able to witness such a beautiful Chinese heritage at K11 ARTUS speaks to the residence’s mission of preserving and promoting fast disappearing artisanship.

Another piece sees Britain’s celebrated porcelain brand Mason's – established during the Qing Dynasty era – emulating classic Chinaware with painted Guangcai splendour. Featuring the prominent warlord Xiang Yu, the pair of Famille Rose Porcelain Vases harks back to an era when traditional Chinese art was popular among European aristocrats.

Kensou Ho Kwun Ting’s 8/8 Landscape is a series of stainless steel telling the story of a couple’s mountain hike, imitating Chinese paper cutting to symbolize luck and happiness at home.

Meanwhile, prolific British sculptor David Nash’s Hooded Light is also on display. By burning and charring the wood to form various cutouts of smooth black surfaces, Nash breathes new life into an otherwise dead piece of wood, encapsulating the theme of “reborn” to instill hope, rejuvenation and blessing into every home.
