Public opinion surveys show that China is increasingly seen as a positive force. Among the surveys, The Britain-based YouGov-Cambridge Globalism Project, carried out between August and September this year, revealed that China has become more favorable in the developing world.
According to the "African Youth Survey 2022" commissioned by South Africa's Ichikowitz Foundation, 76% of African youths from 15 countries view China's influence as positive.

In addition, a recent poll conducted by Arab Barometer, a nonpartisan research network based at Princeton University, finds out that citizens in Arab countries have a favorable view of China overall.
