As the Year of the Snake approaches, Ming Pavilion, helmed by chef Jack Lam invites families to partake in an exceptional dining experience to honour the traditions and celebrations of Chinese New Year. From January 26 to February 7, 2025, Ming Pavilion offers a specially curated Chinese New Year set menu (HK$988 per person) and exclusive dining specials.

The centrepiece is a traditional lo hei, a vibrant salad consisting of matsutake mushroom, crispy taro and a combination of live Japanese sea whelk and He Tian chicken, served with a special yuzu sauce. This time-honoured dish brings family and friends together to toss the ingredients while exchanging good wishes, inviting abundance and happiness into one’s life for the coming year.
