Off Menu is a culinary playground where some of Asia’s most exciting chefs and mixologists come together to craft dishes and drinks you won’t find anywhere else. Making its Macau debut last year, the festival became a sensation for showcasing one-off creations that are exclusively available at the event.

This year, Off Menu returns for another unmissable edition at Banyan Tree Macau from November 8 to 10, bringing an impressive lineup of acclaimed chefs and innovative mixologists from cities across the region—including Macau, Hong Kong, Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul, Penang and beyond—for a weekend of creative cuisine, innovative cocktails and world-class entertainment.

The event offers food and drink lovers the rare opportunity to taste all the dishes that highlight the chefs’ unique visions, all paired with creative cocktails and mocktails by talented mixologists. With a total of 10 dishes and two indulgent desserts, Off Menu presents an experience like no other, immersing you in the cutting edge of gastronomy in a festival environment.
