Off Menu is a culinary playground where some of Asia’s most exciting chefs and mixologists come together to craft dishes and drinks you won’t find anywhere else. Making its Macau debut last year, the festival became a sensation for showcasing one-off creations that are exclusively available at the event.

With a total of 10 dishes and two indulgent desserts, Off Menu presents an experience like no other, immersing you in the cutting edge of gastronomy in a festival environment.
