The newest immersive entertainment venue Lips Cocktails & Theatre has arrived! Hidden behind the Klein blue curtains on the second floor of Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, Lips breathes life into the space, as stand-up comedians, magicians, singers, and live bands take the stage. Open every Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm till late.
Led by mixologist Max Traverse with a showbiz-inspired design, Lips Cocktails & Theatre’s beverage program is built around the core concept of interactive cocktails, where each libation comes with an action or a story. These visually striking drinks are each small experiential acts where the palate, the eyes, and the scents are unified to tell a story. The signature cocktail selection is priced at HK$158 each.

Let’s kick off with Kiss Kiss, a sophisticated blend of H by Hine cognac, Cocchi Rosso red vermouth, fresh orange, grenadine syrup and port wine, culminating in a fiery flaming finish with a spritz of Grande Absinthe.
As the name suggests, Catch Me If You Can is a visually striking and playful cocktail crafted with a blend of amaretto, lemon, Angostura bitters, egg white, blueberry juice, and açai berry.
Capturing the essence of Chinese flavours in a glass, Wet Lips skilfully combines the fiery punch of Sichuan pepper syrup with the robust complexity of Ming River baijiu.
