Wharf Holdings has reintroduced a standalone villa at 77/79 Peak Road for tender, marking its first sale in over three years.
The property, 77C Peak Road, offers 6,257 square feet of usable space with four ensuite bedrooms, a 1,349 square foot garden, a 923 square foot courtyard, and a private pool. Previously sold in November 2023 for HK$387 million, the deal was terminated and the home is now back on the market.
Since its 2021 launch, the project has sold five villas, generating nearly HK$3 billion, with an average price of HK$600 million per unit.
