At Restaurant Petrus, guests will be treated to a four or six-course dinner, curated by executive chef Uwe Opocensky. Each dish features premium ingredients, with highlights such as Ostra Regal oysters, Scottish scallops served with artichokes and vin jaune, followed by black truffle pasta, Opocensky’s signature Spanish red prawn and a choice of either A5 Wagyu beef or beef calotte. To conclude the meal on a sweet note, a delicate saint honore awaits.

Served against the backdrop of Restaurant Petrus’ uninterrupted city views from the 56th floor, this sumptuous Valentine’s dining experience is available on February 14 only, with the four-course dinner priced at HK$2,288 per person and the six-course dinner at HK$3,288 per person.
