La Petite Maison (LPM) is celebrating World Tomatini Week this week throughout its 10 global locations, including Hong Kong, in honour of its signature cocktail beloved by celebrities like Tom Cruise and Beyoncé.
In partnership with Ketel One Vodka, LPM is also offering special pairing menus throughout the week. In Hong Kong, diners will receive a complimentary Tomatini or TomatiNO (the alcohol-free version) on November 18 to toast the occasion. Crafted from freshly muddled Campari tomato, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a dash of three-year-old white balsamic vinegar, the Tomatini is finished with a theatrical crack of fresh black pepper.
Throughout the week, guests can indulge in exciting promotions, including a special weekday lunch add-on Tomatini for HK$88, and a special pairing menu featuring delicious starters including marinated sweet peppers and tuna tartare. Plus, you can enjoy free-flowing Tomatinis during the signature weekend brunch, where you can savour a delightful selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with this savoury cocktail.
