Tucked away on Queen’s Road Central, amid the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, the Oriental Watch Company has unveiled something quite special—a Rolex Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programme that’s the first of its kind in the region. This launch isn’t just another tick on the luxury market’s timeline; it’s a significant step for connoisseurs and casual admirers alike, promising a mix of heritage, craftsmanship, and the reassurance of a Rolex guarantee.

“Oriental Watch Company and Rolex share in their uncompromising pursuit of excellence, innovation, and client service. Being the first retailer to roll-out the programme in Hong Kong reflects our shared philosophy as well as the confidence we have in our ability to represent this long-anticipated programme at its onset,” says Dennis Yeung, managing director of Oriental Watch Company.

Rolex watches are synonymous with longevity and timeless elegance, often passed down through generations. The CPO programme aims to give these pre-owned timepieces a second life, ensuring each watch is rigorously inspected, authenticated, and—only then—sold with a certification seal.

Each Rolex in the CPO line-up is at least three years old and comes with a ‘Certified Pre-Owned’ guarantee card. This card does more than just reassure; it renews the watch’s international guarantee for two more years, ensuring that new owners feel confident in their investment.

The programme’s current home is at the Oriental Watch Company’s showroom, where buyers can view these certified watches, which are distinguished by a special Rolex CPO plaque. For those who prefer a digital storefront, the company will soon expand its offerings to its online platform, making it easier for global customers to access these prestigious pieces worldwide.
