HANNOVER, April 17 (Xinhua) -- Hannover Messe 2023 opened Monday in the city of Hannover, Germany.

Founded in 1947, Hannover Messe is the world's leading industrial trade fair.

This year's fair, themed "Industrial Transformation - Making the Difference," attracts some 4,000 companies from the mechanical engineering, electrical and digital industries as well as the energy sector.
