ZHENGZHOU, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- The Henan section of the Yellow River, with a length of 711 km, flows through the main economic zone of central China. In recent years, Henan province has continued to build the ecological corridor along the Yellow River, which integrates functions such as flood control, habitats for plants and animals, ecological agriculture and cultural tourism.
A total of 112,700 mu (about 7,513 hectares) of green area has been completed along the Henan section of the Yellow River.
