SINGAPORE, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Four Tasmanian Devils have made their debut at the Night Safari, Singapore, the world's first zoo for nocturnal wildlife.

The small creatures were originally found on Australia's island state of Tasmania and dubbed as devils likely due to the unique vocalisation of growls, screams and screeches during feeding or confrontations with each other.

Tasmanian Devils are listed as endangered under the International Union for Conservation of Nature's Red List of Threatened Species.
