ARAXAN LEFT BANNER, July 13 (Xinhua) -- The Helan Mountain National Nature Reserve is located in Araxan Left Banner, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In recent years, Inner Mongolia has effectively promoted the restoration of forest vegetation through measures such as banning grazing and afforestation. The forest coverage rate of the nature reserve has increased from 36% before its establishment to 57.3%, and the overall ecology has been significantly improved.
