FUZHOU, March 24 (Xinhua) -- Mikhail Pisarenko, a Russian teacher at Fuzhou Foreign Language School in east China, has been impressed by the country's rapid development.
In 2019, Fuzhou Foreign Language School opened its first Russian class, becoming the first public middle school in Fujian Province to incorporate Russian into the curriculum system.
Pisarenko received a job offer from the school and started his teaching career in China.

He and his wife have fallen in love with Fuzhou's livable environment.
In 2022, Pisarenko's son was born in Fuzhou, which gave the family a deeper connection with the city.
The couple hopes to continue working and living in Fuzhou.
