Make the most of hairy crab season at the modern Asian rooftop hotspot, Cruise Restaurant & Bar, with two special menus celebrating this much-loved delicacy. Famed for their rich, buttery roe, these fuzzy-clawed crabs are at their best in autumn, when they reach peak flavour. Crustacean enthusiasts can dive into Cruise’s new Hairy Crab Feed Me! dinner tasting menu, featuring dishes such as hairy crab xiao long bao and steamed male hairy crab with Zhenjiang vinegar and ginger. Other indulgent highlights include yellow curry and hairy crab soup, steamed flower crab with rice noodles, wagyu tenderloin, and a ginger panna cotta with fresh mango and red sugar syrup to finish.

For those who prefer a leisurely afternoon, Cruise’s Crab-ulous Autumn Afternoon Tea is not to be missed. Highlights include hairy crab roe with egg noodles and crispy conpoy, shrimp in hairy crab roe sauce with crispy rice crackers, and traditional steamed hairy crab. Sweet treats like mandarin chocolate mille-feuille and ginger pudding with honey, plus unlimited egg waffles and ice cream, add a touch of indulgence. Each guest also receives a glass of Prosecco, alongside complimentary same-day access to Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour’s rooftop infinity pool, offering breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour—a perfect way to cap off the experience.
