ZHUHAI, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- Iao Chi Fai, a young man from Macao, opened a restaurant in Zhuhai with his business partners in 2016. He hopes to promote Macao's food culture to the mainland.
Iao combines Macao's cooking characteristics with the dining habits of mainland customers, and has introduced many creative dishes.

Currently, Iao and his business partners run eight restaurants in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). He looks forward to expanding his business on the mainland and building the restaurant into a time-honored brand featuring delicious dishes and high-quality service.
