WUHAN, Feb. 17 (Xinhua) -- Wuhan city, a transportation hub in central China and capital of Hubei Province, also the epicenter of the COVID-19, was locked down since Jan. 23.

All public transportations have been suspended to protect public health both domestically and globally.
