Indulge in a meticulously crafted four-course signature dining experience, priced at HK$1,680 per person. The evening begins with a welcome dish created by chef Morelli, followed by capunet, with Italian cabbage stuffed with juicy scallops and topped with Tasmanian black truffle, paired with Castello Banfi, Fontanelle, Toscana 2021 to awaken the palate.
Next, savour cappelletti d'anatra, a homemade ravioli filled with duck meat and aubergine, topped with butter and duck jus, topped with smoked duck and paired with La Serena, Gemini, Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2004 and Lisini, Brunello di Montalcino 2017.

For the main course, indulge in Oberto’s Fassona tenderloin served with Parmesan cheese sauce and shiitake mushrooms, complemented by Casanova di Neri, Cerretalto, Brunello di Montalcino 2008.
Conclude the epicurean experience with the newly introduced panna cotta e pesca, a homemade panna cotta served with Piedmontese peach, paired with Castello Banfi, Florus, Moscadello di Montalcino 2020.
