Offering an intimate and cosy ambience adorned with twinkling lights, this French bistro invites guests to savour a delectable array of culinary delights crafted with the finest in-season ingredients. Highlights include the tenderloin, wild mushroom duxelles, and foie gras pithivier served with a rich sauce perigeux, as well as a gambero rosso linguine with white asparagus and yellow wine bisque, showcasing an Asian-inspired twist. Other must-tries feature ASC farmed salmon bass paired with chicoree, sherry vinegar confit, raw Granny Smith, and a dry sherry butter sauce, ensuring a memorable dining experience filled with creative flair and expertly balanced flavours.

To end the experience on a sweet note, Somm introduces the big green tea tiramisu bowl for two lovebirds to share the divine for a timeless bond. Every spoonful is a delightful surprise with the creamy, fluffy layers of mascarpone cheese and sponge cake, soaked with green tea sauce, bringing the perfect finale for the romantic evening. The green tea tiramisu bowl will also be available at the hotel’s e-shop, priced at HK$488 for 2 to 4 persons.

The four-course dinner (seating between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm) or six-course dinner (seating between 8pm and 8.30 pm) is priced at HK@1,398 and HKD1,798 per person respectively.
