When celebrating with loved ones at Ushio, every two people ordering the Yakiniku omakase will receive a complimentary 300ml bottle of the special birthday edition sparkling Hitotoki rosé sake from Hogashine Brewery in the Yamagata prefecture. What's more, the open-flame grilling will bring out the rich, fragrant flavours of the marbled Wagyu, which pairs exquisitely with the bubbles and delicate sweetness of the sake, creating a wonderful and indulgent dining experience.

The Yakiniku omakase menu is crafted by a team of chefs to showcase the finest cuts of A5 Wagyu, grilled to perfection over an open flame. Each bite melts in your mouth, with the natural sweetness of the beef enhanced by a smoky char. Paired with the sparkling Hitotoki rosé sake, with its delicate floral notes and refreshing acidity.
